How would you and your friends like to have a camp all to yourselves? It is now possible to do just that at Camp Tamarack! Located just 15 miles NW of Sisters, Camp Tamarack lies on the shore of pristine Dark Lake, nestled beneath the tall green trees of the Deschutes National Forest. Facilities include 12 different cabins that can house up to 120 people, an arts/crafts studio, stables, and a floating dock with a variety of water craft for swimming or exploring the lake. Camp Tamarack is situated between the Mount Jefferson and Mount Washington Wilderness areas, which makes it an ideal location or base camp for hiking, biking, learning and outdoor adventure.
Weekend Rental – Friday 4:00 pm- Sunday 12:00 pm
- Accommodations for up to 120 people. Cabins are equipped with bunk beds and sleeping pads
- Private lakeside dock with paddleboards, canoes, kayaks and floating dock
- Hiking, mountain bike trails and fishing nearby
- Tennis, pickle ball, and basketball court
Meals can be prepared by the camp chef or kitchen can be rented!!
